Hotel Eventi

In the ongoing rebrand of Hotel Eventi in Chelsea, Reunion Goods & Services has helped bring youthful energy to its street level spaces.

Ahead of completing its massive renovation of the ground floor, the developer tasked Reunion with creating a visual narrative for the hotel that would reposition its various public areas designed by studio Crème.

To tell this story, Reunion focused on the roles which art, decor and programming would play in each visitor’s experience of the space. They enlisted production design superstars We Came In Peace and rising art curator Kyle DeWoody to layer-in a sophisticated collection of objects, furniture and artwork.

Connecting these elements is Reunion’s graphic identity for the hotel itself, its lobby bar The Vine and connected restaurant, L’Amico by Laurent Tourondel.

Reunion brought in a veteran sign painter, Ancient Art, to add gold-leaf lettering across the hotel entrance’s multi-window facade. The end result are two opposing impressions when seen from Sixth Avenue or from within the reception area.

At one end of the hotel is Laurent Touroundel’s Italian-influenced restaurant L’Amico. Before creating its branded collateral, Reunion gave the eatery its name.
